Orders leave us Monday-Friday. Every order is hand made once it is placed this can take 2-6 working days. Orders sent using Royal Mail will usually arrive in 1-2 working days (including Saturday) from dispatch. Next day orders are prioritised and made by our team first. These will arrive next day for orders placed before 12 noon. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be dispatched on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday before 1pm. Next day orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and will arrive on Monday. Plase note we are closed bank holidays.

We will send emails to keep you notified of the status of your order. In the confirmation of shipping email we will include any tracking numbers where applicable.

Royal Mail deliveries are made on any day excluding Sunday. Next day deliveries are Monday to Friday only.

Do not accept any goods damaged in transport - notify us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out at no extra cost. Unfortunately if you accept them then we cannot be liable for any additional costs.

For orders sent via Royal Mail please use special instructions to leave notes for courier. Orders sent using the next day service must be signed for and a card will be left to rearrange delivery.

Smaller items are packed in a padded envelope, larger items are carefully packed in mailing boxes with protective foam.

If you have any special instructions for delivery, please include them in the 'special instructions' box at checkout.

We offer a range of international delivery options and can deliver to most countries in Europe and around the world. Delivery prices for these countries will be automatically calculated at the checkout when you choose your delivery address.

14 day returns once you have received the item. Only applies to products as long as they are in an un-used condition.
Some of our pillows are sealed in hygiene bags with "non-returnable if opened" stickers. We cannot offer refunds on these products once opened or used.

We are so confident in the quality of our products that many of them come with an extended warranty period of up to 2 years - please check the product page for this information.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not, just return the product to us within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging and we will refund you the price of the goods only to the original credit or debit card used.Return costs are at your expense and we would recommend you obtain a free ‘proof of postage’ receipt from your Post Office. You must package the goods appropriately to ensure that they are returned in perfect condition as they are your responsibility until they reach us.We will exchange any faulty goods at our own expense. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, if you buy online you have the right to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.

We make every effort to ensure all orders that we send out are in perfect condition, and each one is checked before delivery. However, if you have received a faulty item please let us know within two working days of receiving your order.
